Intelligent bagged cargo loading and unloading vehicle is an innovative and self-developed smart equipment by our company, specifically designed for handling bagged goods such as grain and fertilizer in railway covered wagons and containers. It completely replaces the current manual shoulder-carrying method used for moving bagged cargo in and out of railway covered wagons and containers, thereby eliminating issues such as low loading and unloading efficiency, high labor intensity, poor working conditions, and frequent safety accidents associated with manual handling. This product has been successfully applied at Zhanjiang Port, achieving a loading and unloading efficiency of 1,200 bags per hour.
Mobile Split Bulk Material Stocking Machine operates on the basic principle of chain conveyor. The dump truck directly unloads the material into the feeder, which then transfers the material from the ground unloading of the dump truck. The material is lifted by the chain conveyor and supplied to the stocking machine for stacking, loading onto ships, and loading onto trucks. This equipment can directly receive the ground unloading of the dump truck without the need for an unloading platform, thus making the equipment mobile and flexible, and convenient for transferring to different sites. The stocking machine can perform rotary, tilting, and telescoping movements, achieving high stacking efficiency, a wide range of operations, and low dust pollution.
