The exhibition was held in Shanghai New International Expo Center. Our products include wind self-locking anti-crawler (FZPseries), rigid-flexible coupling adaptive bucket wheel,3A multi-purpose bulk stacking machine and bulk leveling machine series products.
Wind self-locking anti-creeper (FZPSeries) is our latest independent development of a new product. The principle is to use the wind load to generate the anti-sliding force of the top and clamp rails, and to realize the pure mechanical self-locking of the port, wharf and yard large rail-type equipment at any position along the track with the control chain of the walking mechanism. Wind resistance and anti-sliding ability increases with the increase of wind force and responds in real time, effectively preventing the sliding of rail-type equipment due to no warning gust and super typhoon, and ensuring the safety of equipment against wind and anti-platform. The device has been successfully loaded in Zhanjiang Port120tons (simulated70Meters/seconds wind load) slip force test and put into use.
The traditional hopper wheel cannot be pasted to take materials, and a certain thickness of safety surplus materials must be reserved during clearing. The rigid-flexible coupling adaptive bucket wheel (hereinafter referred to as "flexible bucket wheel") newly developed by our company has both normal reclaim and clearing operation functions, and overcomes the problem that a certain thickness of residual materials cannot be cleared in order to avoid rigid collision with the ground of the storage yard when the traditional bucket wheel is reclaim (the measured height of residual materials is about20-40mm), becoming an upgraded product for specialized bulk yard picking.
