  On October 17, 2019, the 2018 working meeting of the technical professional working group of the China-Hong Kong Association Container Branch was held in Xiamen. During the discussion of the expert group, the series of wind self-locking anti-crawler products developed by our company have received attention and praise.

At the conference, Nansha Container Terminal General Manager was invited to focus on windproof safety as the key introduction of the project, which especially introduced the wind self-locking anti-creeper series products of Wuhan Kairui Marine Crane Technology Co., Ltd., as well as the practical effect of the products, which fully embodies the "intelligent, green, safe and efficient" concept of windproof safety in the industry.

Wind self-locking anti-crawler is my company's innovative research and development for rail-type equipment anti-wind anti-skid safety protection products. The product can use the wind to generate the anti-sliding force of the top and clamp rails, and realize the mechanical self-locking of the rail-type equipment at any position along the track. The wind-proof and anti-sliding ability is strong in case of strong, real-time response, which can provide more than 80 tons of anti-sliding force (to ensure the anti-sliding safety of the equipment at 75 m/s wind speed), can effectively prevent the sliding of rail-type equipment due to no warning gust, and ensure the wind-proof safety of large-scale rail-type equipment in ports, docks and storage yards. The device can be used as a windproof and anti-climbing safety protection device for most equipment. It has the advantages of simple installation and use, strong reliability, enhanced windproof level of equipment operation, and improved equipment utilization.

The wind-proof and anti-sliding friction force of the latest FZFP series wind self-locking anti-climbing device is mainly composed of two parts: the friction force generated by the roller bracket pressing the top surface of the track, and the friction force generated by the jaw of the clamping device clamping the side of the track. The driving force of the above two parts of the friction force comes from the wind, and the friction force is proportional to the wind. The greater the wind force, the greater the wind-proof and anti-sliding friction force that the wind-proof self-locking anti-creeper can provide. When the friction force generated by the self-weight of the port equipment is not enough to resist the wind and micro-motion occurs, the wind self-locking anti-climbing device automatically starts to work. At this time, the anti-sliding friction force used by the port equipment to resist the wind includes the friction force generated by the self-weight of the equipment and the friction force generated by the wind self-locking anti-creeper, so as to achieve a better wind-proof effect.
