From November 21st to 22nd,2024,the"Scientific and Technological Achievement Evaluation Meeting for Screw Bucket Grain Continuous Ship Unloader"organized by China Ports and Harbors Association and its Bulk Terminal and Bulk Cargo Transportation Branch was successfully held at Rizhao Bibo Teahouse.This evaluation meeting marked the official passage of the technical evaluation by authoritative experts for China's first 1500t/h ultra-high-efficiency Screw Bucket Grain Continuous Ship Unloader with fully independent intellectual property rights,jointly developed by Wuhan K-crane Ocean Lifting Technology Co.,Ltd.,Rizhao Port Shandong Port Group,and Wuhan University of Technology.It also indicated a significant breakthrough in the field of ultra-high efficiency,low cleaning volume,and low energy consumption technologies for continuous ship unloaders in China.

The scientific and technological achievement evaluation meeting was hosted by Yang Xiaoguang,Deputy Secretary-General of China Ports and Harbors Association.Meng Wenjun,Professor and Dean of the School of Mechanical Engineering at Taiyuan University of Science and Technology,Executive Deputy Director of the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center"Mechanical Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Taiyuan University of Science and Technology,"and Director of the Shanxi Key Laboratory of"Intelligent Warehousing and Handling Equipment,"was elected to chair the expert committee.Participants included Zhang Liangang,a representative to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,"2023 China's inspirational role model,"and Eighth National Moral Model,as well as a senior expert from Qingdao Port Shandong Port Group Co.,Ltd.;Yan Yunfu,former Director and Chief Engineer of Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industry(Group)Co.,Ltd.;well-known professors and senior engineers from multiple scientific research institutes across the country;and heads of several large grain terminals.Zhao Bing,Deputy General Manager of Rizhao Port Group,and Xiao Yaogen,Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Transportation and Logistics Engineering at Wuhan University of Technology,each delivered a speech congratulating the convening of the evaluation meeting and highly praising the series of technological innovations and breakthroughs achieved by the project.

The expert group observed the heavy-duty ship unloader operation on site.

Professor Yuan Jianming from Wuhan University of Technology reported on the project development to the expert group and answered their inquiries.

After conducting field inspections of ship unloading operations and listening to the project team's report,the expert group held thorough discussions and evaluations.They unanimously concluded that the ship unloader possesses fully independent intellectual property rights,advanced technology,and stable performance,and can replace similar imported products from abroad,placing it at the international leading level.

Later,amidst the scenic beauty of Bibo Teahouse and during the season when camellias bloom across the mountains,the grand product launch ceremony for Screw Bucket Grain Continuous Ship Unloader was held in the presence of all guests.Mr.Yang Zhong,Chairman of the company,together with Mr.Zhao Bing,Deputy General Manager of Rizhao Port Group,and Professor Xiao Yaogen,Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Transportation and Logistics Engineering at Wuhan University of Technology,jointly unveiled the product on stage.With inspiring music playing and the red silk flying away,Screw Bucket Grain Continuous Ship Unloader emerged in all its glory,marking the official global launch of China's first 1500t/h ultra-high-efficiency continuous ship unloader with fully independent intellectual property rights!The venue erupted in warm applause,celebrating this significant moment together.
