Our company's first nationwide unmanned and fully automated continuous grain ship unloader has been successfully assembled at Rizhao Port

On June 26,2024,our company successfully completed the assembly of China's first unmanned and fully automated continuous grain ship unloader at Rizhao Port in Shandong Province.This marks a milestone in our company's entry into high-end loading and unloading equipment,positively promoting the localization of grain ship unloaders in China and filling the gap in the field of fully automated continuous grain unloading technology.The patent office has accepted and granted multiple invention patents related to this project.
This project was jointly developed by our company,Rizhao Port of Shandong Port Group,and Wuhan University of Technology,with Shandong Port Equipment Group responsible for manufacturing.Since its initiation in November 2023,the project took a total of seven months to complete,with only four months from the start of production to the completion of assembly.This remarkable achievement is attributed to the mutual trust,efficient communication,precise management,and sincere cooperation of the entire project team.
The unmanned and fully automated continuous grain ship unloader adopts technologies such as fully automated operational control and safety protection,addressing challenges such as high energy consumption and large cleaning volumes.Compared to similar foreign equipment,it boasts superior performance,high efficiency,and lower investment costs.Upon commissioning and operation,the unloader will significantly enhance unloading efficiency and operational safety.Next,we will accelerate the commissioning process of the fully automated continuous grain ship unloader to ensure it puts into production earlier and achieves efficient operation.
