In response to the national science and technology development strategy for major technological equipment innovation,to fill the gaps in China's innovative technology field of bulk cargo continuous ship unloaders and fully automated continuous ship unloaders,and to maintain China's international leading position and core competitiveness in the field of port equipment research and development,our company jointly carried out a research and development project on fully automated grain continuous ship unloaders with Rizhao Port of Shandong Port Group and Wuhan University of Technology.Through the concerted efforts of all parties,the project achieved the heavy-load success efficiently and successfully,reaching an operating efficiency of 1,400 tons per hour(t/h)under unskilled conditions for the first time and achieving a new industry-leading ultra-high efficiency of 1,500 t/h for continuous bulk grain unloading,which made outstanding contributions to the high-quality development of bulk cargo continuous ship unloaders with fully independent intellectual property rights and high technological value-added in China.
As an executing institution,our company bypassed the intellectual property rights and disadvantages of foreign monopoly technologies,overcame the challenges of ultra-high-efficiency material extraction and supply,as well as integrated conveyance,and obtained fully independent intellectual property rights for continuous ship unloaders.The success of the 1,500 t/h bulk grain continuous ship unloader project not only strengthened the company's determination to continue on the path of independent research and development but also laid a solid foundation and provided strong momentum for the company to participate in market competition and build a Chinese brand of continuous ship unloaders.
On November 8,2024,our company held the 13th anniversary celebration and project commendation ceremony.To commend the arduous efforts of the project research and development team members,the company awarded the team a cash reward of one million yuan.This action not only demonstrated the company's high emphasis on scientific and technological innovation but also further stimulated the enthusiasm and motivation of all employees to engage in research and development work.
