On November 13, 2022, the key technology demonstration meeting for Screw Bucket Ship Unloader of the "Grain Continuous Ship Unloader Technology Development" project, jointly completed by our company, Rizhao Port of Shandong Port Group, Wuhan University of Technology, and Shandong Port Equipment Group, was held in Rizhao Port. The meeting was conducted in a combination of online and offline mode.
Eleven experts from the Waterway Science and Engineering Research Institute of the Ministry of Transport, Tongji University, Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., and other industries, led by Academician Yan Xinping of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, evaluated the key technologies of Screw Bucket Ship Unloader. Relevant leaders and project team members from the project undertaking units attended the meeting. Huang Donghui, member of the Party Committee of Rizhao Port of Shandong Port Group, attended and delivered a speech.
The expert group carefully listened to the technical research and test reports, watched the online live broadcast of the project test site operation, and had sufficient exchanges and discussions with the project team members, providing opinions and suggestions on the project and its key core technologies.
Academician Yan Xinping affirmed the correctness of the project's research direction, believing that it has enlightening and exemplary significance for the innovative development of bulk cargo terminals in China. The expert opinion summarized that the research on the key technology of Screw Bucket Ship Unloader has a novel scheme, and the experimental research has verified the effectiveness of the new high-efficiency material taking device. It is of great significance for developing a new high-efficiency, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly continuous ship unloader, forming independent intellectual property rights for key technical equipment, and breaking foreign monopolies in related fields!
