Since its establishment in 2011, Wuhan K-crane has adhered to the philosophy of "Pioneering Innovation to Craft Excellence, Determined Progress to Serve Society." It has continuously delved into the fields of port logistics new technology and equipment R&D, as well as port logistics system planning and design. The company is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to providing solutions and services for efficient, safe, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly new technologies, processes, and products in bulk logistics.
Over the past 14 years, Wuhan K-crane has been committed to technological innovation and has successfully developed a range of internationally competitive products, filling domestic gaps. Among them, Intelligent Spiral Strip Flattener for Wagon has resolved safety and efficiency issues associated with purely manual operations in the past. Utilizing intelligent sensing and precise control technologies, this system enables uniform leveling of materials, significantly improving storage space utilization. It not only enhances loading efficiency but also substantially reduces labor costs and the incidence of safety accidents for enterprises. It is widely applied in large-scale material storage scenarios such as bulk cargo terminals, mining enterprises, and cement plants. Coupled Adaptive Flexible Bucket Wheel addresses the pain points of safety risks from rigid collisions and difficulties in clearing during the operation of bucket wheel stacker-reclaimers. It is an indispensable product for the upgrading of intelligent storage yards and also the product with the shortest return on investment cycle. Wind Self-locking Anti-climber safeguards the safety of various rail-mounted equipment, resolving the final safety challenge related to sudden gusts during the working state of large rail-mounted lifting equipment, which had persisted for over 100 years of development. It converts wind force into clamping force on rails via proprietary mechanical devices. It is now a standard safety feature for many major domestic crane manufacturers and is exported to multiple countries. Multi-purpose Grain Stacking and Ship Loader integrates stacking, reclaiming, and conveying functions. With a modular design, it can flexibly adapt to different scenarios of grain stacking and ship loading, effectively reducing the need for multiple machines and operators, thereby cutting secondary costs. Screw Bucket Continuous Ship Unloader, with its efficient screw and belt bucket conveying structure, is not restricted by material fluidity and can achieve rapid unloading of bulk materials. It has broken the record for grain ship unloading efficiency with a single-hour unloading capacity of over 1,550 tons. It is widely applicable for unloading various materials such as coal, fertilizer, sulfur, and tapioca starch, effectively shortening ship berthing time. Meanwhile, as there is no relative displacement between the belt bucket conveying and the materials, it significantly reduces the material breakage rate and lowers port operating costs.
In terms of intellectual property, the company has achieved remarkable results, holding 24 nationally authorized invention patents, 26 utility model patents, 1 US-authorized invention patent, and 1 EPC invention patent. Additionally, several patents have been submitted for approval by the National Intellectual Property Administration.
Looking ahead, Wuhan K-crane Ocean Lifting Technology Co., Ltd. will continue to uphold its corporate philosophy of "Pioneering Innovation to Craft Excellence, Determined Progress to Serve Society." Driven by technological innovation, the company will continuously improve product quality and service levels, living up to the trust and support of its partners and new and existing customers, and contributing more to the development of lifting technology and port safety fields. On this new platform and at this new starting point, the company will strive courageously towards even higher goals!
